Individual and compact room in an unrivaled location. Brilliant staff were eager to help, thank you for everything. Amazing view, a good balcony, perfect bed, too. Excellent interior, fabulous restaurant. Plus their wifi was strong. The hotel was near the historic centre of Zermatt...

Great location and nice view. The downtown is within 5 minutes' walk. We appreciated good restaurants on site. Would come here again❤

We liked mountain view. They offered us buffet breakfast; moreover you can visit nearby Pizzeria Roma and try something else. Besides, free WiFi is a bonus.

Some staff members were PROFESSIONAL. One of the dining options, Schaferstube was 15 mins walk away. We strongly recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Zermatt.
